An admin matter; could one of you more technically literate readers explain to me why apostrophes turn into question marks when I upload using CuteFTP?

Cheers Kev – Facinating read. Certainly food for thought. Cant say I agree with everything, including his blase approach for global resources (the earth is only so big so surely there must be a fundamental limit to our capacity to extract those resources) but his comments on declining birthrate are indeed something to consider.
Forgot to add that I also think Brittney Spears is also a slut, but hey… means I dont need to waste money on playboy for cheap titilation
