These failings are obvious to all, especially those “in charge”. The problem is in the fear of being perceived as a racist in a world that requires recognition of “cultural differences” at the expense of those that suffer as a result. The same perception that certain religious beliefs over-ride the views of the society we live in together. Until they work out that the views of the majority actually should over-ride the views of 3% of the population things will not change. [
